Engagement Survey

Our people are our greatest asset. Each year, we conduct an Engagement Survey to measure overall satisfaction in the workplace and to seek feedback on initiatives we are taking to improve how people feel about being part of our company and what are the things people would like to improve. The results are shared with everyone and team engagement action planning occurs to ensure we all work collaboratively to continue to make OfficeMax an even better place to work.
