1969 –  Commenced business in Australia as Pederson Stationers

1996 –  Pederson’s acquired by global stationery company Boise

1999 –  Boise entered the education market with the acquisition of Supply West in West Australia

2000 –  Boise expanded into New Zealand with the acquisition of the market leader, Blue Star Office Supplies Group

2001 –  Boise took over the Victorian Government education business, State Supply

2004 –  Boise further expanded its regional offering and services

2005 –  Boise purchased the leading US retail stationer, OfficeMax^® and took on the OfficeMax^® name

2005 –  OfficeMax^® became Australia’s largest education supplies company following the acquisition of the NSW Government Q Stores business
